Haywood County NAACP always attends school board meetings and often speaks about issues for marginalized students during the public comment session. You are welcome to join us there!
The Haywood County NAACP and the Pigeon Community Center are teaming up to host a dinner for Black and Latino families in the county. The event will take place on Saturday, March 25th at 5pm at the Pigeon Community Center. If you are a member of these communities, please help spread the word. Dinner is free and door prizes will be awarded. We want to hear from our constituency!
If you wish to support our effort, you can donate a door prize, donate money, or volunteer to help with work. We still need people to help with set up and clean up on March 24 and 25. You can contact us via our email at [email protected]. |
