Upcoming Event: Celebrate Juneteenth on June 17th!

​The Haywood County NAACP will be celebrating Juneteenth on June 17 at First United Methodist Church in Waynesville from 4 - 7 p.m.  Other organizations such as the Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee and the Pigeon Community Multicultural Development Center will also be there.  Please bring cookies for us to share at our booth by 3:30 p.m.  Also bring lawn chairs and spend some time with us.
